Our ENCON University Program
Our ENCON University program is a cornerstone of our commitment to building rewarding careers in the trades, and it’s an honor to be recognized as a leader in this space. Led by Joe Costa, our very own in-house instructor with over 35 years of experience in the trades, we are dedicated to inspiring and training the next generation of skilled professionals. Partnering with schools and creating pathways for students to grow has been a truly rewarding journey, and it’s exciting to see these efforts spotlighted. ENCON Heating and Air Conditioning is committed to providing apprentices, technicians, supervisors, technical advisors, and project managers with the best HVAC training in the industry. ENCON University includes a 1,000 square-foot technical lab and 1,000 square feet of classroom space. All this and more will support our company's training needs as we continue to grow and train our team to be the best in the industry.

Apprentices
Classroom-based, hands-on training in essential skills, paired with real-world, on-the-job experience alongside seasoned senior HVAC technicians.

Experienced HVAC Technicians
Training opportunities by many of our business partners, including Trane, Carrier, Water Furnace, Honeywell, Dectron Pools, Lochinvar boilers, Tekmar Controls, Belimo, and many more.

Project Managers
Hands-on training led by our experienced senior-level staff in key areas such as project management, scheduling, communication, client relations, negotiations, estimating, document management, and HVAC load calculations. Additionally, we partner with external experts to offer specialized training in relationship building and personal growth skills.

Engineer and CADD
Ongoing training provided by in-house engineers and experienced CADD/Revit team. Opportunities for continuing growth/training with our vendors.
